Cerebral Palsy
i love this guy man. He totally turned his disability to a gift.
Josh Blue is the man.
He really gives inspiration to people with CP out there. What a man i tell you, a jackass, but a true man.
ERP woes
thought you were the only one with troubles avoiding the ERP.
Think AGAIN.

Support Local films
Support local productions, because you never know when you will need them.
except for jack neo, of course. (thats pretty obvious right, the guy should stick to acting, seriously)
Anyway the director of “Kallang roar” seems to be adding people from Sinema’s list of subscribers.
Judging by the trailer, it looks pretty ok.
You guys should judge for yourself

The days seem promising though, unknown cast but the post production seems pretty good.
Singapore Fireworks Celebrations 2008
Went to work in the morning with sean on friday, hah work’s so much more fun with sean, more distracting as well but haha what are brothers for man
Headed down to the floating platform at the marina area (the area where they hold the national parade) with Yiwen, as she had tickets. But not before i attended my stomach to some food from mcdonalds. A guy needs his energy to see fireworks i must say.
Walking down to our seat was a pain in the ass, everyone looks like ants to me. I was so annoyed that i told Yiwen that they should really build an ERP in front of us to curb the crowd. So off we went walking along the tight (super tight like virgin) lane towards the platform. Getting in was annoying as well as they only allow you to enter the area at the gates near your seat, and it was run by secondary school ushers. hah! slap me please.
So we finally found our prominent seats, and waited for the show to start. I saw plenty of idiots bringing camera stands to the area, i mean its still camera what. Its not like its going to make much of a difference (well unless you count in the video taking capabilities of a Digicam, that ok that i shall accept) but i doubt Singaporeans are that clever.
Waited for LKY to die while they show stupid “appetizer” shows to the crowd before the fireworks display. Almost die of boredom, and so did Yiwen.
Finally after a decade, fireworks orgasmed into the air.
I must say the fireworks was beautiful. First time i’ve seen an in-your-face firework display. I should really thank Yiwen for it. Those fireworks experts from korea and france sure paid alot of attention towards the firework visuals and the music to go along with it.
Another thing i wana say is that fire works are like lighting, you see the fireworks first, then you hear the loud cracker. Its so interesting!
A whole bunch of people left after the show, which was funny as the commentator was trying to curb everyone back to their seats. I was laughing my ass of the “good effort”.
We headed down the floating platform after the show to take a closer look at the band.
I pretty much liked the band, the vocalist had a great voice, and he played “in the end” by LP which holds another few plus points for me.
After the amazing performance (which only a hand few of people stayed back to see), an angmoh took the stage with wacky and sometimes-not-funny humour to wow the audience. I pretty much appreciate the angmoh jokes (you can tell the difference between a singaporean joke and an angmoh one, an angmoh tells a long joke and then drives you into the finale while singaporeans just hand the plater straight forward and expect you to drink the gravy as well)
Ended the night by walking back to Cityhall and taking the train, i had a great day Yiwen; thanks for the tix
Zig Zach Khan
Here i introduce to you the blog of one of the best muay thai fighters in singapore.

I still thinks he looks like my cousin, Dino.
He’s a good fighter, too bad that shoulder of his is always giving him trouble.
Anyway i’d like to say that well i’m interested in
Writing, Filming,Photography,Designing,Tattoos, Muay Thai.
So if you ever see me write about such topics, its certainly common
The Contender Asia
Anyway you guys should check out the trailers of The Contender Asia
The trailer
The longer trailer (this version’s more funny, take not of what Zidov says)
This version rocks.
Anyway the editing is done by Imagine Omnimedia and Infinite frameworks
with Imagine Omnimedia being the production house of the show and Infinite frameworks handling the post production. I’m pretty impressed with the work that Infinite frameworks’ able to produce (just look at the trailer for The Contender Asia, not bad right?), if you check out their website, you’d be able to see some pretty familiar TVC that you catch on the TV.
This is fred perry, signing off.
My Su Niu friend
Met up (finally) with Su Niu Jess after work today, headed to The Art House as i wanted to take a look at the art works present but the art works were not up yet (awww). Headed home, and we got some subway cookies on the way home. hah, i miss subway cookies lol.
Jess you met up with me for only 1 hr and a half today! hah! you owe me another date please.
Anyway YODSANKLAI from the contender asia is a muay thai god lah.
Look at those kicks
A girl i use to adore.
I’m now attempting coloured vectors. Next, i will be doing more realistic ones with shading and gradients; but i’d train on this one first.
Can’t use Audrey’s face all the time yeah? It gets boring seeing her face all the time too. I need to attempt new more beautiful features! Nows the face only, i’d craft out the body and show in the next post ;P
[EDIT, nvm i finished it faster then expected]
There you go, perfection at its best
St Mary of the Angels
I did a coverage for St Mary of the Angels on Sunday, as part of the Stampy’s 12.
It was beautiful. There were plenty of those old time singers, which are damn fucking good. lol no hot girls though. Lousy church (haha kidding kidding)
Snow
I dreamt of snow today, in Singapore just right outside of my home. It was beautiful. I could even see the individual snow flakes. I really should see real snow one day.
SNOW
To dream of snow in all its forms, on trees, storms, etc., is a dream of very good omen which shows you will have success in business or investments, but if you should eat the snow this will presage a long period of sadness for the dreamer.

The 2 most bo liao days of my life
Thursday
Headed to Vivo to watch 12 lotus with kah leong at Vivo as KL had to meet fonnis to get back his earphones.
12 Lotus (十二莲花) trailer
The movie was so terrible that we jumped off our chairs (literally) and ran out of the theatre, didn’t really see the ending as the last train was approaching (it was 11.45pm at that point) and we wouldn’t want to spend my money over something that terrible.
The plot was choppy, the camera shots were very normal, there was no rape scene (which is wtf lah because that is one of the most important scenes in the movie, and i really wanted to see how it was done, everything in it was real)
I have to give extra points on the location scouting though, the dance locations were pretty good.
Royston tan’s still my idol lah, really respected along with the rest of the the Zhao Wei gang, but this film was too experimental for commercialising lah, IMO.
Almost didn’t make it to the last train man. Seriously wtf, late night movies should stay in Tampines, remind me of that.
A day with KL can never be boring man, we’re like 2 peas in a pod.
Friday
Headed to downtown for dinner at downtown east with Lai huat, ZZ, TNT, Kelvin and KL at E hub, had sushi at some random restaurant there, played arcade afterwards, quite fun ah, felt like old times man. LH lost his wallet though which is like really wtf too.
TN and i headed down to geylang’s pub for a drink after, drank at some random pub which had pole dancing on, a drunk guy dance on the pole instead though, next to the sexy pole dancing jie jie (aww shy). Then drank at the coffee shop to end the night hah. Wth right coffee shop, erm abit uncle leh, but like old times lah. damn chao ah beng though.
